Integrated Electrical Services Acquires Southern Rewinding and Sales

HOUSTON, May 21, 2015 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Integrated Electrical Services, Inc. (or “IES”) (Nasdaq:IESC) today announced that Magnetech Industrial Services, Inc. (“Magnetech”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of IES, has acquired all of the common stock and associated real estate of Southern Industrial Sales and Services, Inc., d/b/a Southern Rewinding and Sales (“Southern Rewinding”), a Columbus, Georgia-based motor repair and related field services company.
